Grand Opening rescheduled to September 23, 24, 25 and 26

Southwick's Zoo has been a New England favorite destination for over 55 years; with guest experience our top priority; therefore it is with careful consideration and due to circumstances beyond our control, the much-anticipated Grand Opening of the Festival of Illumination World of Lights has been rescheduled to September 23, 24, 25 and 26 – 5:30pm to 10:00pm each evening.

We thank everyone for your patience and understanding!

If you have purchased tickets for a date between September 8th and September 22nd, please email guestservices@southwickszoo.com with

1.) your RESERVATION ID number,

2.) the date and time of your original booking, and

3.) a date and time you would like to switch your reservation to (on or after September 23).

We will then update your reservation and provide you with a new email confirmation and tickets. Please note that your reservation ID will change once the reservation is moved to another date. Please dispose of the old tickets.
